If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

  • Healthcare users must comply with HIPAA requirements
  • You may not use our Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • Government: 99.95% Uptime SLA with 24/7 support
  • HIPAA Edition: Business Associate Agreement included

4. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our Services
  • Use our Services for unlawful surveillance or weapons development
  • Bypass security measures or access unauthorized systems
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or disruptive code
  • Violate export control regulations
  • Use our AI systems to generate illegal or harmful content

Compliance Note: Defense sector users must comply with ITAR, EAR, and other applicable regulations. Healthcare users must maintain HIPAA compliance.
