Service-Specific Rules: Defagent AI Services
Your use of Defagent's AI services ("AI Services") is governed by these Terms and the following rules:
Inputs & Outputs
Your inputs remain your property. Outputs generated by AI Services are Defagent's property.
Accuracy
AI outputs may be inaccurate or biased. Verify outputs independently before use.
Prohibitions
- Do not input sensitive/confidential data.
- Do not use outputs for legal/financial/medical decisions.
- Do not reverse-engineer AI models or create competing products.
Liability
Sections 9 (Disclaimer), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 11 (Indemnity) apply fully to AI Services.
